Team questions
Do we need a card to start?
You add a card when you start your seven free days. Nothing is charged until day seven, and cancelling before then costs you nothing.
How do my assistants join?
Invite them from the Staff page. Each coach signs in with their own account and shares your playbook and roster.
What happens to our plays if we cancel?
They stay in your account and are never deleted when you cancel. While signed in you can print wristbands and call sheets and export your roster to CSV.
Can we switch to yearly later?
Yes. Tell us before your next renewal and we'll move you to yearly, which saves about 30%.
