We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your FlagChalk purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at giqdeveloper@gmail.com and we'll help you through it.

Paddle's own Refund Policy also applies to your order.

After a refund, your paid access ends, but the plays, wristbands, and data you created remain yours — you can export them before your account closes.
